Hi there! This is your mom's cousin JULIE from OREGON.. Do you remember me and my kids visiting a few summers ago for a family reunion? My daughter Justyne won the pie eating contest? Well, surprise! Just wanted you to know that I have occasionally checked on you and your website. My mom (Marilyn) went to Korea in 1977 or so. Maybe she told you.. she used to work for an adoption agency for Korean kids, and she went to Korea for free if she would escort back the kids who were to be adopted in America. She said Koreans loved her VERY BLOND hair. Well, just wanted to say hi and let you know that I've been watching you. Keep up the good work!

Hello, Carla
My name is Sunny who are investigator of your great son, BJ.
We were baptized from Elder Joshson yesterday- become a baby reborn in the Jesus Christ's world...
Elder J is so attractive and kind-hearted. We have been feeling from him what the people of Jesus Christ is.
I heard about you many times. - so beatiful and cool family.
I have many things to say and ask..but,
I would like to say "Thank you and we hope you are always happy even you miss Elder Joshson. He is the best missionary I ever met. Many Korean can get to know the truth of the L.D.S in heart because of such a good missionary."
Anyway,
I'm so embarassed of my ugly Eng.
However, I hope you understand what I really really appreciate you.
Sunny, In Korea.
PS: Tonight, In family program time, Elder J made a peanut cookie for us.
So delicious - Original American's.
Also, gave me the recipe. cool.

Elder Johnson,
I finally get a chance to send some kind of communication to you. The family and I have enjoyed the pictures you have sent home and your dad has them posted at the building. I admire the Lord's work that you are doing right now and you will be defintely blessed for that. I just returned from BYU from working the FB camps for 2 weeks and I am exhausted!! I was thinking about you when I was driving by the MTC and you had popped into my thought bank.
I am getting ready for my third season here at JCSU and hopefully we will do well and I will try to keep in touch over these next coming weeks. The family and I hope you are having a awesome missionary experience. For me, when I was baptized on Pres. Gordon B. Hinckely's b-day, I was so happy and ever since, I have been lost doing the work that you do as a FT missionary. So as a family, we keep you and Sister Guffey in our prayers that people will be open to the gospel, that you may be able to teach to those who are ready to listen and accept Heavenly Father into their lives.
Take care and get lost in the work!
Anthony & Debbie Buchanan and the kids Calvin, Michael & Maleah
