(okay...so I usually fix the capitalization and such...but oh well this time...I had asked him several questions about the pictures he sent us)

Hey there,

I guess I'll just start with the pictures...I don't think I remember all of them, but I'll try.

1. The We Love U cake?
its the "baptism cake" that elder lebaron and i made (ps: he goes home in 5 weeks)

2. The water walking path, it had big cut bolder/rocks? Is that common or what is it. Is it just for a walk way?
its just a little walk way across some river in osan....theres a couple in bun dang too.

3. The one in the Blue super hero or cartoon suite...does he have a name and where were you?
the costumes were at the war museum...not exactly sure why. but they were there so we decided to try them on.

4. The little girl you were doing the cartwheel with and the little boy with the sunglasses? They are way cute. Which family are they from? Members? Investigators?
the little girl and the cartweel is "Lily" shes the osan military branch presidents adopted daughter. little boy with sunglasses...i think thats " Hyeoung Min (Kim Sang Oh's son....family in osan)...

5. The family you were sitting on the couch with? It was taken in April.
the awesome family in osan (Kim Sang Oh)

6. Cool cars...not a question...just a comment.
thats boon dang....man they're rich here...

7. The church building...that must be the 3 story building you mentioned. Is that where you meet or the stake center?
thats the stake center in our stake

8. You in the tree? What and where is that?...i dont remember being in a tree...

9. The high-5 little girl? Member or investigator? What's her name?
thats sunny and hammers daughter..Ji Su

10. Explain the arm wrestling? Where and who? Just some random guy?
this was a random drunk guy at the bus terminal who wanted to prove that when youre drunk...youre stronger. ...maybe hes right....after all he did win.

11. Making Sushi...I'm proud of you...you'll have to teach us...even though I would never eat it...your dad would love it. Who is teaching you? I have a guess it's Sunny and Mr. Hammer? It looks like they are in another set of
pictures as well shortly after that you are eating?
THATS NOT SUSHI!!! SUSHI IS FROM JAPAN! its Kim Bab...and mom, theres no seafood in it so you would eat it. its really good. And thats sunny and hammer teaching me.

12. What was the clear stuff on your face?
its rice paper. from the middle east or something...we made little burrito type things with it

13. Where is it you were walking on the edge of the road, just outside the tunnel?
yes

14. You and Elder Gee where pointing to the wall that had a mirror on it.???
thats not a mirror...its a window. and thats at the ladies house that really wanted to feed us but we couldnt go into...so we're sitting in front of the front door.

15. The honey??? Explain? well....
elder gee squeezed a honey bottle...it exploded...hence the picture.

16. That's a really neat time chart. Where is that at?
its a chart that some missionaries used to use way back...but its got a bunch of old translations on it so im attempting to remake it.

wow....i hope thats sufficient.

Yes we meet all together at transfers at a big subway station in Seoul. It's pretty crazy busy...then add 50-100 missionaries it makes things pretty interesting.

I dont think I have "Everything speaks his name" I assume thats the name of the cd. yay for more cd's!

Hmm.,..so a good "Jun doh" experience ( that's proselyte in Korean). umm...I was talking to this guy that works at a Japanese restaurant and he told us we could come and get some sushi later...that was exciting...( I really like sushi)

What else...honestly...this last week was a little tough. Being senior is hard.. and i'ts kinda harder sometimes when your companion gets asked all the questions cuz he's fluent in korean. But don't get me wrong, my new companion is great and we get along great. It's a lot of fun to serve with him.

Not really any huge progress with investigators this week. It was hard to find members to teach with because there was a big stake activity that lasted three days..

Umm....nothing really exciting. or not exciting. just not a lot to tell this week. Elder Bednar will be here in a couple weeks.

It's still hotter than ever in Korea. But I love it.

I love you guys,

Brinton Jay Johnson
