What is your favorite MTC food?
food from the vending machines (hot pockets, burritos, etc.
What is your least favorite MTC food?
food from the cafeteria (it's not bad, just not my favorite)
What has been your favorite/most memorable MTC expreience?
The Referral Center call I wrote about
What songs did you sing for the Prophet?
jesus, the very thought of thee, We ever pray for thee, Come unto Him, Hark all ye Nations, Joseph Smith's First Prayer.
How may times did you talk with your New Mission President?
We got ot meet with Him for a couple hours before they headed out to the field (all the missionaries who were going to the Seoul West Mission.)
Did you get to meet the Prophet? Shake Hands?
I got to "SEE" the Prophet and we sang for him, but I didn't get to shake His hand.
How many General Authorieties hand have you shook? Who?
I saw all of the Twelve and First Presidency except for Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin. I didn't get to shake any hands, but I was within 3 feet of most of them.
Where is Elder Jones from? (your companion)

Who have you heard speak at your devotionals?
A lot of the Seventy memebers. Thomas S. Monson, Dieter F. Uchtdorf, Jefferey R. Holland, Richard G. Scott and administrators from the MTC
How many missionaries are in your distrit?
10 missionaries 8 elders, 2 sisters
WHo's ahead in the "Dear John" contest? (Shyla asked)
Not a due...I haven't gotten any yet!
How often do you see James?
3-4 times a week
What is the most difficult part of learning Korean?
Nothing specific, I guess remember all the (vocab) and forms
How much sleep do you get?
8 hours every night
Do you have any "FREE" time? (time to think?)
Well, we had MDT (missionary directed time) but it's all devoted to studying
Where are the Elder's you took pictures of from?
Well, Clifford - AZ, Smith - Provo (about 7 blocks away), Colling - Canada, Badger - Provo, Bartholomew- Springville, Taylor- Texas, S. Hyatt - Oregon, S. Peterson- Kansas
What was it like being so close to the Prophet? How close were you?
I was aobut 7 ft. away. It's amazing to even be in the same room. His spirit is just so powerful.
How many classes a day do you have?
We have two teachers (1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, MDT at night)
How many are Korean?
We learn Korean & the Gospel both, sometimes focusing on one more than the other, but mostly both.
How much time do you have on your Pday?
P-day is basically laundry & writing letter. We write during laundry and then have a few hours extra.
How many people have written leters to you? and who?
Not enough- tell people to send more P.S. Stephanie Draughon hasn't written back?
Do you kow if the Seoul Temple is in your mission?
The Seoul Temple in not in our mission, but we will still get to go once every transfer.
Have you heard anything interesting about Korea yet?
Tons. I'll tell you what I think of it when I get there.
What are your Sundays like?
Sundays are busy. We have Sacrament, Priesthood, District Meeting, Fireside and like 45 minutes total fo free time.
How many missionaries are going to your mission when you leave Aug. 20?
There's only 4 in our group going to Seoul West. (myself, Badger, Colling, Jones) Total 40+ of us are elavin geithe ron the 20th or the 22nd (Seoul). There's missionaries going to all the missions. (Seoul, Seoul West, the best one, Puson & Daejon)

What do you miss most about home?
Free time- but not enought o want to go home. I love it here.
What are some funny stories that you have?
HMMM... too many maybe later.
Do you miss t.v., movies, etc. from home?
Not really, you figure out real quick that they really don't matter. I honestly just miss my music a lot, but I love singing and I can still do that.
Have you gained/lost weight? How much?
Nope, still the same!
Is there anything else you would like? Yup! Jerky! Pez machines! Oh and if you could send me some speakers. Mine aren't working too well. OH yea Cheerwine and IBC Cream Soda!
Have you seen Nick Allred yet?
Not yet! I saw Chad (cousin) on his way in nad saw Brandon again. I've seen a few other guys from the stake too.
What different things do you do during the week? Describe.
Um, not a whole lot, Class, eat, study, gym, pray, sleep, service, LGM, Sacrament, Priesthood, TRC, TEC, RC, Devtional, Fireside, LRC, sing and .... laundry, email, tetify, teach, write letters and answer 3 pages of random questions from hom,...that's about it!
