Hey there,
So ya, i havent gotten jack from my family. Its a good thing i love you guys and have no faith in any postal system in the world. Im gonna send my card hopefully in the next few days, theres quite a few pictures on it and of course an explanation for most of them. I have no idea when ill get to recieve mail next. In that case, i dont ever really look forward to mail. Oh well...hopefully i get them soon. It sounds like ive recieved the rest though.
Mission conference was good, Elder David F. Evans of the Seventy (Also the president of the Asia North Area) spoke to us pretty much all day. I didnt get to see anyone i came in with because the conference was spread over two days and i was on the other day. It was an awesome conference though.
We went to the temple yesterday and (only my zone went together) and we happened to be there the same time as The entire seoul mission, so i got to see quite a few people i was in the MTC with..(20+ of them went to Seoul) The temple was awesome of course, i got a couple cool pictures outside.
By the way, a couple weeks ago i lost my keychain, with my oil vial on it..so i need another, they didnt have any at the temple bookstore. A cool one wouldnt be too much trouble would it? i dont like the boring metal ones.
Sorry to hear theres a drought going on. I think id die if i couldnt wash my own car...
So ya, ive already been here almost a transfer. It's gonna be interesting to see how the lord changes around the mission....we have 13 new missionaries coming in.
The language is coming...day by day. This last week was 추석 or ( Choo Suck) which is basically Korean Thanksgiving, one of their biggest holidays, so no one was in town and we couldnt really proselytize much. But this next week should be good.
I eat just fine here.. milk isnt too expensive..its definately not as good but it works for cereal. Just send me whatever you think ill like. Fruit snacks are always a favorite.
Well theres not too much else going on...every day a new adventure..
I love you all,
Brinton
p.s. can you send me my old bed??? ...my back is killin me...
