HI FAMILY!!
Yes I got all the letters I think, and I got the card yesterday. As for thermals, just do your best...I should be able to find a coat and yes it is cooling down, we've switched to heavy blankets at night. It gets a little chilly sometimes.
My companion and I both cook, we eat out a lot. its really cheap.
I think this week I'll tell you about someone we're teaching.
These two boys, 황환갑, 황환강 , their brothers and im not even going to attempt to romanize their names, its weird to say in korean. But we've been meeting them for about 3 weeks and taught them the first three lessons. They always seem to remember what we taught them and they usually keep their commitments, we might be able to get them to church next week. I dont know what it is, their actually both really quiet, but whenever we teach them, i feel the spirit so much. I cant really explain it. Its weird. But their one of our stronger investigators.
On a different note, we got five new investigators last week. The intersting part is, that we didn't find any of them. they all found us. 3 of them called us from a flier or something for free english, and the other two were these two guys ( at seperate times on different days) that just happened to walk in to the church while we were there. it was weird. But 2 of them showed up to church this week. we hadn't even met them before. So thats really how our week has been. I found out that Elder Wallentine and I are one of like 5 companionships in the whole mission that didn't change after transfers last week. meaning, that around 110 missionaries were at Sindorim Station (the subway station everyone goes to when they get transfered).
So it sounds like everyone is doing well. Good luck with eye surgery. I just sent the card earlier this week so be on the lookout for it. Thank you for all the wonderful letters. And yes for the pictures as well, keep them coming and I'll do my best to write back. Im writing a bunch of letters later on today because we actually have a little bit of time and nothing else to do.
Like I said, the weather is starting to cool down so do what you can for thermals, they will be appreciated.
