대한민국에서 안녕! (hello from korea!)

Hey family,

I did end up selling that translator for 70, it was a few months ago...thats actually how much you can buy if for now.

So I'm guessing I don't switch out my contacts enough or I took a crudload with me cuz I honestly have quite a few left. As far as garments, they are getting there....I wouldn't mind new ones. I can wait though.

I finally broke down after recieving comments about my shoes to just switch to the other ones...so I'm sorry, but they didn't quite make the year mark.

I'll try to remember to ask about my return date next time I can.

I called JJ kim a week or two ago, he said he's doing okay. He said hes been hurting a bit more lately cuz of the cold. It's warming up though.

Ya, we cant wait for Elder Scott to come, it's gonna be great. Something is sure happening in Korea, we just had 2 general authorities come to our mission in the last 6 months. Apparently Elder Oaks was down in Busan in February and now Eder scott is coming. And he's not just speaking to the missionaries, its to all of Korean members in just a few meetings. Its crazy.

So ya, we don't get conference for another week so don't say anything about it next week.

Sorry, but I still haven't sent you my pictures, I did finally get them put on cd but to avoid a million questions about 300+ pictures I thought I would label them first. I'm doing my best.

So, for a cool experience this week. We've been teaching this family up in Osan for a couple months now and this week, we decided we would teach them how to do family home evening because they are awesome. So we planned everything out and even made them a cake. It was a completely white cake cuz thats all we had but as we were making it, we joked around saying that it was the "baptism cake" and that upon finishing the cake they would get baptized. And so, to make a long story short.,..IT WORKED! And after family home evening they just randomly started talking about baptism. The dad was telling us how he had been looking at the website for the church and how "after his kids get baptized" he wants to send them out to utah for school and eventually out to BYU. Then he started asking how to get baptized. We ran out of time and had to leave...but...this family wants to get baptized. It won't be anytime soon. But that doesn't matter..I'm so excited for them!

So ya, I had a great week. I love you all and hope you have the same.

Love you,
Brinton
