Excited for General Conference!

Hey there,
That's too bad to hear about Chad...how soon 'til he's gonna be able to go back out? Let him know I'm praying for him.
We're pretty excited for conference this week. I've heard a lot of good things and can't wait. Of course we already know who the new apostle is but I can't wait for the solemn assembly.
The trip looked like a ton of fun, put it on the list of things to do when I get home. On the subject...I've been thinking slightly in the back of my mind about school. I think I'll stay in Carolina for maybe a year or two and make sure I have all my generals out of the way before transfering out to Hawaii. Maybe at UNCC or something like that. CPCC doesn't have the most amazing teachers and I think I'd like to stay around you guys a while before leaving again. Just a thought...
By the way yes I do know what the Andy Griffith show is...you're not THAT old...geez. I think Andy Griffith is hilarious. It wasn't exactly the headline program when I was a kid but I've seen it a few times. (we..the family..went to Mt. Airy where Andy G. was born a couple of days ago..aka mayberry)
The youth trek coming up sounds pretty exciting. I'm sure you'll of course send pictures. I cant wait.
P.S.> in 2 months ill hit my year mark....scary. I wish I could speak korean better.
Tell Sister Heilpern I got the cookies and candy. The cookies were a little harder than right out of the oven but they still tasted amazing. Tell her Thanks a million. I absolutely loved them and the candy was shared.
Mom, the contacts sound like their gonna suck. Man, im doomed when i turn old like you guys..haha. (I was telling him about my new contacts and how my eyes aren't what they used to be)
That is really way cool about these new relatives you've found. I wanna meet 'em too. It's cool how people are able to find each other like that. It's like one of those tv shows you see with those long time reunions.
So as far other stuff. When you get the garments...drilux...the normal neck (NOT the celestial smile ones) and small size...
I'm still a little kid. I'll do my best to switch out contacts more often. Honestly I just put them in and forget about them. Doesn't really bother me. But to please my loving mother, I shall obey. I should be good on shoes for a while but it would still be really hard to find some here when the time comes. Its not THAT Americanized...koreans are still tiny people.
This week was really slow, we weren't able to meet hardly any of our investigators. So honestly there's really not much to say about them. Maybe I'll write more today.
I love you guys...you rock my world.

Brinton
