Hey there family,

Wow, it doesn't really feel like a year. That went by a little too quick.

By the way, I don't need Bishops email...I need his actual address.

I'm glad you liked the box. The "affirmation" monkey huh, guess I never made the connection. Glad you like it.

So the baptismal date is still on. It's actually her sister that lives in Utah and referred her and her two kids. They will both be baptized as well. Our mission has a goal for 50 baptisms this transfer, and that's a lot. We might be getting some dates with Sunny and Hammer as well soon. We also just got a date with a little girl we've been teaching. Her name is Kim Bo U or Suzy and we just need her parents permission. Kim Chor Gun is going pretty slow. The first time I met him in Man Su we only met him a couple times and he had to go on business in China for a while and by the time he got back I was gone. We only meet him about once a week right now so its a little slow. I'll keep you updated though. We're seeing a lot of miracles lately.

I passed off Master Teacher today at the office. I did really well, and I feel pretty confident when I teach now. I should be going Senior companion pretty soon. All in good time though.

A lot of koreans like having an american name because americans usually butcher their korean one. Either that or they get it from their English academy or they use the name they recieved at baptism if they're catholic. We do give them american names sometimes though. But usually it's them who give us the american names they want to go by.

I did get my package today. I haven't opened it yet but Im sure everything inside is perfect. Thanks so much.

Congratulations on the calling mom, you'll be perfect for it. The presidency sounds pretty awesome as well. I'm glad the Cobbs are still in our ward. I'm sure the ward will be huge again by the time I get back anyway.

By the way, how's Ali doing? Is she recovering well?

P.S. keep praying for JJkim...hes in a lot of pain lately. The best thing to pray for is good weather...that's when he feels the best. He's really looking forward to next year to meet you guys and take you around Korea.

Well, nothing really else to say. I love you guys, thanks for all your prayers.

Love,
Brinton

p.s. no offense but I'm getting bored with the camera cards I have now...so I'll probably send one home and keep one of my favorites.

love ya
