The Amazing Race or "I'll Sleep when I'm Dead."

Dear Moma:
Tell Dad to not hurt his shoulder. Doctors are lame.  Tell Kevin hello for me.

Halloween. We did the same thing as all the little kids did on

Halloween night. That is dressed up in 'costumes' (look up the french

word) and knocked on a whole bunch of doors. It was great. I love

porting. Kinda wierd though most the elders hate it with a passion.

Anywho. gets us in doors and teaching.  Yeah we had the fall back

thing. It was a nice extra hour of sleep. We just had stake conference

though and had to catch a train really really early so it's gone. 'I'll

sleep when I'm dead' -Roger

Once upon a time: we'd been planning and praying to try to figure out

how we could best help out the ward here in Neuchatel. We were inspired to throw a party. and we're not talking like a lame-o Fanta party and a

movie. We planned an Amazing Race for a ward uniting victory night. All

over Neuchatel. And then it rained. and then we made it even sweeter.

Basically moved everything inside. We had them do a bunch of stuff

straight out of scout camp prison break obstacle course. I got the most

triumphant job of playing scary music while they tried to go through

the maze in the dark. Then we made them an American breakfast;

pancakes, crepes, hash browns, eggs, french toast, and s'mores. It was

great.

I think I can speak French now...that's weird. I've been

gone for 8 months and it has gone by in the blink of an eye. Sounds

like life is the same old changes around your parts too.

We had Zone Conference last week. and President P. gave a 50

million dollar talk about faith hope and charity. That scripture about

putting the kingdom of heaven first and rest will be added unto you is

so true. And it doesn't mean that if you go to church instead of work

you'll get more money necessarily. But if you put faith in Jesus Christ

in keeping the sabbath, and hope according to the knowledge of the

atonement you have already, and put charity into everything you do

including work, the work you have will be enough to make you happy.

Works out for being mayor, a church calling, neighbor, student, playing

the piano, being a missionary. Anything and everything. If there is an

area of the life not so good, just give it the adrenalin shot of faith

hope or charity and imediately things will be better.

We've got a baptism this Sunday~Wilson~~he's great. probably will go on

a mission. Hope so.

Love you all. Keep on being so good. Keep

me updated on everybody who doesn't keep me updated too. What is Aaron

doing these days anywho? Rachel? Alison? Ammon? Justin? BYU? Vote good.

Bon chance cette semaine~~à tout~~
