Looking forward to Jeremy's baptism

 Dear Family,
I hope all is well, it sounds like last week was good with a lot of little surprises in many ways huh? That is funny that Lindy and Shantell are in the same class and that Chase came up to talk to you in church! I can't wait to see him, it will be good to see a lot of people.

The update from  last week and up to now goes like this: Thursday we did some work and taught Jeremy and then we had our usual Phase 10 game with Sister Scoggins, that was fun. We ate a dinner and then went to the ward softball game, it was so fun we played well and won. I ate too much that day and when I got home from all the running and playing I threw up, it felt so good but I was wasted big time from that.

Friday I slept most of the day due to not feeling good and not eating and then we went out and visited some families and did some planning for our week. We had the ward trunk or treat at the Mars Hill building, they had a good turn. Me and Elder McEwan were going to dress up but we didn't because it costs money to do that and we don't go shopping unless its for ties! haha.

Sunday was a good day with church starting at 11, it's been nice not to rush at 5:30 a.m. to get to meetings but it takes the whole day worth of work away so we make due with what time we have.

Monday was a good day we had our usual meeting and then went to eat at a members resturant,we got a good deal on some bbq! We tried to visit some people and they weren't home but it was an good day.

Tuesday we did some service for the Perkins and began to rake some leaves, we then went over to the Davidsons and painted their fence, we still have a lot to do so we will be going back to see the damage left on that fence.

Yesterday we had to drive to Peachtree City and go to a member dentist, that was fun stuff.  We did some thrifting and I must say made out with some good ties for 50 cents a piece! The sad thing is that we go to these thrift stores and my comp turns into a devil when it comes to ties, it's sad and I will have to break him of this habit.  I have told him to calm down and he gets all made and so he goes quiet on me its different dealing with him in ways. I love the kid but he is a little too sensitive for me in ways. The work is going well and we are still on for the baptism with Jeremy, he is reading so that is good. The one thing he is struggling with is coffee and he is only 11 yrs old! We will see what happens there and I will continue to pray for him. He is a way good kid and he just needs the motivation from his dad and grandma and good examples in his life.

Tthe one thing that is not good is that the building is not done yet and it's been worked on for the last 11 months and it's still not done.It is so hard to know that I won't be able to be back in it before I leave. I hope that I will get to see it before I leave Dallas.

The weather is not too warm it's in the 60's during the day and in the 40's at night so its getting cold here and the winter is going to be a cold one here for sure.

I will be sending some boxes home this week and they will have most of my study stuff in them, it will make it a lot lighter load for the trip home. I am wondering if I will have to pay for the 3rd bag or if  I will be able to just put one bag in the other will see what happens with it.

I will not be sending home my suits I am going to give most of them to the members who can give them to their kiids some day. Other than that we are doing good and I am just trying to help my comp get on his feet and get a little motivated to go out and talk to people and take over for the most part. It will take patience and love so I need to work on those things just for extra strength. I hope that all is well with y'all and your doing good and staying healthy, thanks for all you do and the support you give me I love you and miss you and will see you soon.
Love
Elder Bean
