Typical Ugandan food. The yellow stuff is matoke (cooked bananas), which is usually eaten with a peanut sauce. Other common foods are posho (white stuff made from corn), cassava, beans, rice, and sweet potatoes. Baptism day for Andrew, Esther, and Juliet.
