Hey!!

   I can´t believe you didn´t tell me you were going to the Bahamas!!! haha I´m having way more fun here baptizing and saving souls!!! We baptized the couple that we married this last week, Porfirio Hiracheta Torres and Bonifacia also we baptized Nidia Hernandez and we will probably be baptizing Nidias friend, brother and sister in law soon.
The work´s goin good, we are going to play some futbol and basketball today then to an hermanas house to wash the clothes. Last week we didn´t have anyone to wash with so we washed our clothes by hand and in buckets in the back yard. The clothes didn´t get very clean by doing it that way and it took like 3 hours, I´m never washing clothes by hand again!! Haha
 Well the other day we were contacting and I saw this lady a couple houses back from where we were just at staring at us like crazy, and I knew that if we started walking in that direction she would probably run in her house and hide. So I told Elder Murphy lets cross the street and sneak up on her until we get close enough to talk to her. haha  So we did and I contacted her and she started saying “Oh your those mormons huh. Well i have my church and I was baptized in it 9 years ago, and I´ve heard about that john smith guy. and in my church we only worship christ, and show me in the bible where it shows the name john smith and I’ve seen your church down the street and its never open, I walk by it during the week and no one is ever there.¨ haha  So after all that, we kind of planched her (planch in spanish is iron, so in that context it means something like to prove wrong or something like that I dont really know how to describe it) so anyway we planched her and told her we have church every sunday at 9:00 and their are activities during the week and then a few scriptures later like ephesians 2:20 and amos 3:7 she was interested and let us come in her house to show her more. haha  She was really humble and saw the need for a prophet and joseph smith and turned out to be really cool. haha  when we were teaching her about the book of mormon and my companion pulled out the scripture in Ezekial 37 about the stick of judah being the bible and the stick of joseph being the book of mormon,  becasue later she was like yep your right, I can´t deny what”s  right here in front of me in my bible, It’s all there everything your saying is all there. haha So later when we went back to her house during the week we found out she has a 97 year old mom that lives upstairs in her house because we were saying the prayer and all of a sudden we heard this big thud and Irme went running upstairs so we did too. Her mom was lying on the ground and I guess she forgot she couldn´t walk anymore.  So Irme was telling us she would be at church and everything on sunday but then we get this call later saying she cant go because she has to stay with her mom. So we were bummed but then yesterday in sacrament about 10 minutes before it ends she comes walking in with her grandson. She is such a cool lady, the only thing we need to help her understand is baptism by correct authority and she will be golden.
Well Julio Cesar got confirmed yesterday and he should be recieving the priesthood this sunday. He´s a good guy, he´s got two kids that dont live with him that live with their mom and his dad broke his back a few years ago so he´s been in a bed for about 9 years now. We met his dad and he is a cool guy it really unfortunate that accident happened to him.

  I am sad that one of Kenny´s twins passed away and his family is in my prayers. That is a hard thing, maybe one of the hardest things to see your child pass away and I know their family will be going through difficult difficult times. They need the ward family more than ever right now.

 I did what you said on the camera and it still doesn’t work so I think I will have to buy another one.
