olá família. how is everyone. everyhting sounds good. you will have to send me more pictures of you guys, already Marisa looks ten years older and curtis looks like a shaggy dog, everyone is changing so much. mom and Dad i need to see some pics of you guys too. well this week flew by, but it was good, i had my interview with president Hoggan which was awsome, we talked about the Atonement. since i´ve been here i have come to appreciate the atonement of Jesus Christ so much. the rest of the week we worked with the girls that we are teaching to get them ready for baptism, we also tried to find a lot of new people but didn´t have much luck. yesterday after church we were walking home and we got hit by a huge rain storm. we stood under a bus stop for about an hour but the wind was so strong we still got soaked, so we decided to walk home. i used the little umbrella you sent me and about the only part of me that stayed dry was my head. when we finally got to our house we were soaked, like we had just gone swimming. we didn´t have electricity in our house but we changed and waited until the storm stopped. the rest of the night we listened to everyone going crazy because Brasile won against Argentina in a soccer game. today i bought a CD player and speakers. oh, Mom and Dad here are some qoates for you. you don´t have to be a genius to do great things. the important work of the world is done, for the most part, by ordinary people who do their work in extraordinary ways.
