hello fam. how is everyone? before i fortget i have not recieved my package yet or the letter. and HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARISA!!! oh man this week was pretty awsome. i felt a little sad, a little trunky, a little down and a lot of happy. thursday it rained so hard that it flooded all the streets so to get past all the water without getting wet i climbed up onto a wall and climbed across onto another house until i reached dry land. my comp walked through the water and got wet but i was happy cause i got to climb. i also got to climb palm trees because we did a service project in our nieghbors yard and he has palm trees. saturday we baptized Cristiane. she is really neat, her family is really catholic, they own a bakery. it was so cool how she decided to be baptized. one day we passed by to teach her and she had a lot of doubts and questions about why she needed to be baptized and why she needed to go to church. we answered her questions and explained the importance of baptism and within seconds her atitude changed and she said, ok i´ve decided i will be baptized. i was so excited and happy. yesterday church was really special, a talk was given on how to strengthen the family and how to have happiness in the family. he talked about how satan is atacking the family today but through the gospel families can be happy and Eternal. i sat thinking about this and felt an overwhelming wense of gratitude for my family. for having parents that always tried so hard to strengthen our family. for parents that always provided happiness for me and that always stayed together. everyday i see families that are being torn apart by the world,families that are unhappy because they dont have the gospel. i thank you guys for always strengthening our family through the gospel. i know that families can live together forever through the sealing ordinance that takes place in the temples. being away from my Dad and Mom and bothers and sister makes me realize that i never want to be seperated from my family, i want to live with my family for eternity. well i hope everything is going well, be sure to send more pics and letters. i love ya.
