Hello family. how is everyone. this week was pretty awsome. we got to watch conference her in Acailandia because our president rented a projector. it was funny the first hour there was a problem with the portugues translation so we had to watch it in spanish. i could understand most. afterwards it worked fine and we could watch with the protuguese translation. i really enjoyed the talks that were given. a couple things i took away from conference, love and service. these two things stuck out to me. we should always look for simple ways to serve others, by doing this we will show our love for our heavenly father an for others. ´the service we give is the rent that we pay for the opportunity that god has given us to live here on earth. i felt a spirit as i watched the conference. i had prayed that i would be prepared to learn the things i needed to learn and while i watched i could learn so many things and the spirit testified to me over and over again the truthfulness of the things that were said. i know that this church is true, i know that Jesus Christ is our Savior and that he lives. i know that Gordon B. Hinckley is a living profet of God, i know that through and only through the gospel can we find true happiness and that our family can be together forever through the amazing ordinances performed in the temple. i would encourage each of you to prepare yourselves to make those sacred covenants with your Heavenly Father in the Temple so that we can have an eternal family. i hope everyhting is going splendid, have a christ like week. love Elder Tafoya
