hey family, how is everyone doing? i´m doing great, this week was pretty sweet, we had our interviews and conference with President Hoggan which was pretty awsome, very uplifting and inspiring. we got rained on a lot this week, almost everyday it has been raining, sometimes it makes me wish that the hot sun came out again. oh i have to tell you guys, last monday we visited another church with one of our investigators. we met her at her house at about 6:30 and arrived at her church at about 7. it´s not really a church, it is in a garage on the side of this guys house but anyways, we arrived and everyone sang a hymn then the pastor said a prayer and that is when is started, yelling and screaming and more yelling and screaming, i felt like i was going crazy with that guy yelling so much. the area was so small that we could hear him without a microphone but he decided that he needed to use the microphone whith a huge amp, i thought i would go deaf. they actually invited me to go up and talk but when i was going to talk they called another man up to the front and he started yelling and "preaching". about half way through the preacher stopped and pulled out a sack and asked everyone for money and then they started again. about every 2 seconds everyone yelled haleluaia or gloria, one guy got up in front and told everyone how he became a preacher, he said that he used to persecute pastors and kill them but one day an angel appeared to him and told him he was going to be a preacher or pastor and then he started yelling and screaming, i could hardly understand him. we finally left at about 9:30. after standing up in the back of this garage and listening to these guys yell and scream for two and a half hours we finally left.( we had no choice because the lady took us there in her car and it was really far from our house to walk). it was really interesting ( i left with a huge headache) but i gues we can learn something from every experience, good or bad. anyways that was my craziness for the week, sounds like everyone is doing good. hey let me know when you get the letters i sent. i love you guys and keep the letters and pics comin.
