Good week, package from home, missionary activity

The week went well. A little stressful considering some of our baptismal dates. Cathy Kyazike has been receiving some serious struggles with her mother. Her Mom is a serious Catholic. And Morgan and his family weren't quite ready we felt. He currently doesn't have a job, and that scares us. And the fact that another missionary saw him smoking a cigarette last month. They're really struggling. But everything smoothed out, and they were all baptized on Sunday. Four people. Three of them were a family. President Christensen came to witness it with his wife. I really feel that they will all be powerful additions to Nsambya branch.

I got your package. Thank you so much. It was much more than I expected. I thought maybe one or two Butterfingers, but 10? I've already eaten almost all of them…. The Infinite Atonement was a nice surprise as well. I'm on chapter 6 already. It's a very nice addition to the book collection. I gave the bubbles to some girls in the branch as well as the "Gospel sweets."

Saturday evening we had a missionary activity. It was very successful with about fifty people. We did an activity with food where Elder Mabundu had to do 5 push-ups for every person to get their food. Kind of an object lesson on the Atonement. This morning he was calling Sister Christensen because he now has a very serious muscle strain in his shoulder. Then we went inside and everyone watched my DVD. They liked it a lot! And the Huskinson's are also very happy to receive theirs.
