I have enjoyed reading your letters now that I know about your blog....but cake in the face - now that's a new mission experience! Hang in there and lean on the Lord...a lot! Keep up the great work and know that we in CA love you!!

I hope that you and the new companion are getting along well. The Lord knows who you're supposed to be with, just trust Him on it.

Hermana Mortensen- I was so happy to read your letter "Life is Good in Argentina". That is the Maria I know and love. I know that a mission can be tough. According to my missionaries. it's the "hardest thing I've ever done", but the best thing, too. When things get tough, keep telling yourself - LIFE IS GOOD IN ARGENTINA! We love you and miss you!! But we are SOOOO proud of you!
