Last of the last!

Date: March 17, 2008
Area: Polson, Montana
Companion: Sister Makaafi

Hi Everyone
Well, I don't think that I'll be emailing this Wednesday so I thought I take a moment to email one last time before I see you this week!

My travel plans are thus...we'll be driving down to Frenchtown tomorrow morning(seems transfers always include Frenchtown) and Sis Flake who is a senior sister, and who is also going home, will drive her van down to Billings. I think one or two
elders are also driving with us. The sad news is that Frenchtown is getting our truck...:-( The area is being switched over to elders since there's not enough sisters right now to maintain all of the areas that we have been. And Sis Thomas who has been Sis Flake's comp will come up here to Polson with Sis Mak. Sis T is also a senior sister... 77yrs old and has her own vehicle. hat's nice for no mileage limitations but I think that the van will be limited as to where it can get to in our area! Good thing summer is coming and the roads will be better!

Well, the week has been good. It has been interesting to contemplate and look back on my mission. My greatest emotion is gratitude. I'm so grateful to have met all the people that I have and for the influence that they have had on me. I am grateful for the things that I have learned from seeing others change and feel the power of the atonement in their lives. And I've also learned how to let that work in my own life. I think that it's true what they say "your greatest convert will be yourself" I've met some amazing people but along the way I've found my own testimony and it's' stronger than ever. I know that Jesus Christ is my Saviour and that He has restored the church that he set up so many years ago through Joseph Smith, his chosen prophet. I know that President Monson now holds the same
priesthood authority that was given to Joseph. This gives me so much peace, to know that we will never be left without a prophet. We always have someone to look to for direction. I am so grateful for the Book of Mormon which give us an added witness of the divinity of Jesus Christ and provides evidence of the Restoration. It helps me
to better understand His mission and His life given for us.

And lastly, I am so grateful for all of my family and friends who have supported me throughout the mission. Your letters of encouragement have helped me along the way and kept me going. Thank you so much.

I hope that you all have a great week. I'll see you soon!!

Love
Sister Megan Bly
